Our mission at Dental Laboratory Answer is the renewal of joy in eating and the regeneration of beautiful mouths. This is why our top priority is to communicate with dental clinicians, and we strive every day to provide products that make patients happy.

1. Placing an order
If you contact us by E-mail, we will send you a dental technician instruction form, so please fill out the form and send it together with the required rubber impression or plaster model. We also accept oral scan data. Please send the oral scan data by attaching it to an E-mail.

2. Production
As soon as we receive the rubber impression or plaster model, or the oral scan data, the productions starts. If necessary, we will proceed with the process while maintaining close communications with the sender in reference to the dental technician instruction form. Exchanges with people from distant areas, including people overseas, will be handled online with reference to the CAD data.”

3. Delivery
For quality assurance to patients, we deliver the product with original packaging along with the message card from the dental technician who crafter it. We recommend that you open it in front of the patient. The warranty period is two years. For more information on the warranty, please refer to the separate document.”

4. Products delivered to distant areas
and overseas are carefully packed and mailed promptly. For overseas, we deliver using EMS (Express Mail Sevice).
